How long does it take to process an order
Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
What about shipping times and costs
Durablevanes.com ships domestically and to a large number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. As a general rule:
- Domestic deliveries: 2–5 business days
- European deliveries: 4–10 business days
- International deliveries: longer, due to customs and distance
Shipping within the EU for orders above EUR 45 is free. You can see the calculated shipping price on the checkout page in our webshop.
International shipping outside the EU
We ship all orders using the Incoterm DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) for destinations outside the EU. This means the customer is responsible for any customs, import duties or VAT costs.

We’re sorry, but if you can’t select your country on the checkout page, it means we don’t offer shipping to that country at this time.
Why can’t I select free shipping on the checkout page
Free shipping is only valid for orders above EUR 45 within the EU. Please see the checkout page for shipping rates outside of Europe.
